RSC POWDERTECH - Powdering machine RSC-NG
We are constantly interested in innovations and improvements in order to be able to support the requirements in production by our equipment.
For 60 years, the RS POWDERTECH powdering machines type PBA/RSC of ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH are known for world-leading technology in this segment.
RSC NG – NEXT GENERATION
The RSC NG powder coating machine from the RS POWDERTECH series combines knowledge and development from 1959 till today.
By completely redeveloping the electrostatics and using new manufacturing processes, losses in the E-statics could be significantly reduced and the durability and reliability of the components could be improved. The redesign of the filter system leads to improved cleaning performance and reduced maintenance costs, since the number of wearing parts has been decreased. Overall, the well-known high powdering quality in terms of adhesive force was further improved with reduced maintenance costs and higher reliability.
The modular system allows adaptation to the specific application.
Completely newly developed E-static system (higher adhesive force)
Absolutely dust-free operation
1 – 4 powder pistols, 80 kV each pistol (real) or 1-4 pneumatic nozzles
“Easy Change” filter system
Better cleaning results, less wear parts
Speeds up to 2.000 m/min.
Optionally: powder flow control, free-standing powder chamber, 90 l powder hopper, fine dosing
We also provide service, spare parts, testing, maintenance, retrofit and overhaul.
We will exhibit: RSC 30 2E/2F/HMI powdering machine with 2 electrostatic applicators, fine dosing option and HMI-control
